Developed communities into viable assets by accomplishing the following:
Built affordable homes for first-time homebuyers: In 1999 we developed Delta Oaks, a subdivision for 1st-Time Home Buyers. These thirteen (13) newly built three-bedroom homes with open floor plans are located in the Algiers area. This was the first phase of our vision.
Built affordable rental housing for homeless persons with special needs and their families: Victory Plaza, the second phase of our vision, was developed in 2000 as a result of recognizing the need to provide assisted-living housing for six (6) HIV/AIDS-infected and -affected individuals and their families in Algiers.
Built affordable rental housing: The third phase, which is located on Seine Street in Algiers, was developed in 2004 for low-and-middle income families. This community consists of nine (9) doubles that qualify for Section 8 Housing support.
Built/renovated buildings to provide residential care for homeless persons with special needs: Home Again provides housing in a group home setting for 20 low-income or no-income individuals living with HIV/AIDS. The goal of Home Again is to provide the path for homeless HIV/AIDS infected individuals to move to permanent housing and life as a productive citizen by:
