FACILITY BASED/TRANSITIONAL HOUSING
The Home Again Residence, operated by Concerned Citizens for a Better Algiers (CCFBA), is a 24-hour, facility-based transitional housing program serving up to 11 residents. We provide a safe, supportive environment for individuals living with HIV/AIDS and homeless veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
Our program combines stable housing with comprehensive supportive services to help residents improve their health, achieve self-sufficiency, and successfully transition to permanent housing.
Supportive services include:
- Housing and Medical Case Management
- Behavioral Health and Substance Use Counseling
- Life Skills and Workforce Development
- Benefits and Resource Navigation
- Permanent Housing Placement and Stabilization
At CCFBA, we believe housing is the foundation for a brighter future. We are proud to deliver hope, build dreams, and empower individuals to achieve lasting independence.
