SUPPORTIVE SERVICES

At Concerned Citizens for a Better Algiers (CCFBA), we believe that stable housing is the foundation for a healthier, more independent future. Through our Home Again Program, we provide comprehensive, person-centered supportive services that help individuals living with HIV/AIDS and homeless veterans achieve long-term housing stability, improved health outcomes, and self-sufficiency.

Housing Case Management

Our Housing Case Managers work closely with each resident to develop individualized service plans that promote housing stability, independent living, and personal goal achievement. Our approach is guided by the principles of Housing First and Harm Reduction, ensuring services are compassionate, client-centered, and focused on long-term success.

Medical Case Management

Our Medical Case Management team helps clients navigate the healthcare system by coordinating medical care, connecting them to healthcare providers, ensuring access to medications, and linking them with behavioral health, social, and community resources that support improved health outcomes.

Psychosocial Counseling

CCFBA offers individual and group counseling services designed to strengthen emotional well-being, promote healthy coping skills, and support long-term recovery. Our licensed professionals provide a safe, supportive environment for individuals living with HIV/AIDS and their families while encouraging treatment adherence, improved quality of life, and overall wellness.
